Predosed base mix, exclusively developed for the production of dark chocolate sorbet with high percentage of cocoa (65%-80%). Without milk or derivatives and emulsifiers.
The production process is very simple, we melt dark chocolate in hot water, we add the base and freeze. We like to use water instead of milk that would inevitably lead to dampen the aromatic refinement of the chocolate used.

A line of bases totally natural and emulsified solely with a component derived from sunflower which ensures creaminess and stability even in the display cabinet. Available in three versions: Neutral for cream 10 g/kg, base 70 g/kg, and specific base for direct process 130 g/kg, all to be used with hot process.
