The new line of bases from Fructital characterized by the use of fibers with high water binding potential, rich in proteins, for a totally natural gelato without emulsifiers.
Because it’s WITHOUT emulsifiers, WITHOUT flavours, WITHOUT fats, WITHOUT chemical origin ingredients.
In the base Natura Latte (for cream flavours) there are only natural origin ingredients, all fibers are vegetal and the stabilizers used are Carob Flour (completely natural product, with high content of proteins, vitamines and mineral salts; poor of fats and sodium, and containing a good percentage of fiber and pectin, natural thickener) and the Guar natural rubber (extracted from a plant of indian origin which produces pods containing 5-9 seeds from which natural guar rubber is extracted. It can absorb big quantities of water transforming it in a viscous
solution. This characteristic makes it an excellent thickener and jelling agent.) These ingredients allow obtaining a totally natural gelato, clean label and with a smooth and easy to spatulate texture.
Base Natura Frutta (for fruit flavours) is formulated in order to obtain a creamy fruit ice cream, with a good texture, using only rice flour and natural origin stabilizers.
